Encircle Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre, Lawnton

What would it look like if we prayed ‘your kingdom come’ for the people of this place?

How are you prompted to prayer as you enter or drive past Encircle?

About Encircle:

  • One of the first places a person or family may go when they have a need or
    issue in their life
  • Provide information and support regarding homelessness, counselling
services, family support and connections to churches in our neighbourhood
    who provide emergency food parcels
  • A fantastic neighbourhood meeting space, with the River Stop Café, set on
the edge of the Pine River

Take me there

  1. I was reminded of the words from Nehemiah as I drove past Encircle this morning: “But you are a God ready to forgive, gracious and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, and did not forsake them” Nehemiah 9:17b. We keep representing Jesus in our words and our actions in our neighbourhood knowing that God’s love knows no bounds.

  2. I drive past Encircle just about everyday. My prayer is for the volunteers there, that God would bless them and give them strength in the job they do and to bless the people in need.
