RYVETS Flexi-School
Since late 2021, we have had the privilege to partner with three local state high schools and Carinity to help facilitate the Rivers Youth Vocational Education and Training School (RYVETS). The flexi-school operates Monday to Thursday on our church property and provides an opportunity for disengaged and at-risk students in Years 7-9 to have a second chance at education. It’s also an opportunity for us as a church to see vulnerable children and families empowered and for them to experience the nearness of the Kingdom of God.

Local Chappies
As a church we have a long history of financially supporting local chappies.
We think that what chappies do in schools is awesome and as a church we love to support Chappy events, Chappy brekky clubs and Chappy mentoring programs. If you’re interested in supporting a local Chappy, please talk to us and we can help you get connected.
Park Party
Each year we run a park party (or two) in our neighbourhood. These are always free events and they’re a great way for us to help build connections in our area and get to know our neighbours. To find out when our next Park Party is happening, head to our events page.

SHACK Holiday Club
SHACK is our huge kids holiday club. Each year we have over 100 kids from the neighbourhood crash our place for three days of friendly challenges, epic dance offs, plinko milkshakes and dunny of doom dunkings! SHACK happens every September holidays. Check out our events page around July each year to sign up.
Neighbourhood Christmas
We believe that Christmas is a time to celebrate with our community. So each year we throw a massive party with free food, drinks, games, prizes AND a massive Christmas carols production. Check out out events page for details on the date and time for this year.
